Morning Star (Red Rising #3) follows up The Golden Son as the third installment in the Red Rising Saga. If you read my previous book review on The Golden Son, you know that I was extremely impressed with the work of Pierce Brown.

Coming into this novel, I had big expectations for what was to come. If you have not read Red Rising or The Golden Son, I would advise you to turn away now since this review does spoil certain sections in the first two novels.

The Golden Son (Red Rising #2) by Pierce Brown is the sequel to the science fiction novel Red Rising, released as the second edition of the Red Rising Saga.

After the heart-stopping thriller of the debut novel, I was more than anxious to see what Brown had in store for this long anticipated sequel.

If you haven’t found the time to check out this fantasy series yet, I would highly recommend checking out my book review of The Black Prism (Lightbringer #1).

I have been awaiting the release of this epic conclusion for some time now, ever since the enthralling culmination of The Blood Mirror to be exact. Once this fantasy book finally hit the shelves, I got to reading nonstop ASAP to put out The Burning White review!

The Blood Mirror (Lightbringer #4) is the fourth volume in the Lightbringer Series by Brent Weeks.

The Lightbringer Series is rapidly solidifying itself as one of my favorite fantasy series of all time. To say that I was eagerly awaiting this fourth fantasy book to find its way to my doorstep would be a radical understatement.

It goes without saying that this fantasy book review may contain spoilers for the first three fantasy novels in the Lightbringer Series, so if you have yet to read those titles I strongly advocate diving into those first!

The Republic of Thieves (Book #3) is the third installment in the Gentleman Bastard Series by Scott Lynch.

I was exceptionally pleased with the sequel Red Seas Under Red Skies and the debut fantasy novel Lies of Locke Lamora still prevails as one of my favorite fantasy novels to date.

It goes without saying, following up the first two novels with a book review of The Republic of Thieves was a no brainer.
